Executive Team

V12 Group's executive management team is comprised of some of the most accomplished professionals in the advertising, marketing and technology industries. Their depth of experience managing integrated marketing services positions the company as a leader in the direct marketing space, bringing together significant expertise in direct marketing.


Paul Chachko

Chief Executive Officer

Paul Chachko is the chief executive officer of V12 Group. Paul has over 20 years of experience in marketing services, with leadership speaking roles at DMA, NARM, iMedia and several technology councils. Prior to V12, Paul was the CEO of Datagence, a multi-channel direct marketing services company. In addition, Paul was the founder and chief executive officer of ConsumerNet, a leading Internet consumer database company that was merged with 24/7 Real Media (Nasdaq: TFSM) in 1999. Paul has also served as chief executive officer for Infinata, an eCRM software company. Prior to that position, Paul was founder and chief executive officer of Music Marketing Network, the largest consumer database company focused on the entertainment industry. Paul holds a degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University, and is on the Board of Infinata and Financial Information Group.

Paul was a 2005 finalist for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year.


Michael Tenebaum

Chief Financial Officer

Mike Tenenbaum is the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the financial planning and fiscal future of V12 Group. Mike has over 22 years experience in finance and accounting for a variety of international service and technology companies. Most recently, Mike held the position of VP Finance for Dendrite International where he oversaw the finance and accounting functions for their software, marketing services and compliance divisions. Prior to that, Mike spent five years as CEO and owner of two successful service businesses. Mike's career began at Dun & Bradstreet where over the course of 12 years, he held positions of increasing levels of responsibility including Manager of Internal Audit, Director of Corporate Operations Analysis, as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis for IMS and the Nielsen Companies. Mike holds a degree in Finance from the University of Maryland.


Jeff M. Berke

Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Jeff Berke is the Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing. In his role Jeff is responsible for the overall development and leadership of the sales and marketing organizations. He is specifically focused on the implementation of a customer centric operating model and the cohesive integration of the sales and marketing functions to drive attainment of revenue and profitability targets. Jeff brings over 11 years of experience in the direct marketing industry. Jeff has held several senior management positions for companies that provide services to the direct marketing industry. Jeff has personal experience with major components of the direct marketing success equation including database marketing, database management, customer profiling/segmentation and analytics, call center, speech self-service and sales lead management. His past roster of companies includes dbIntellect and Centrobe - both EDS companies that provided database marketing and Enterprise Customer Management solutions, Protocol, an Integrated Marketing Services firm, TeleTech, a provider of Customer Management and Business Process Outsourcing services and Parus Interactive, a provider of speech self-service capabilities. Jeff began his corporate career with American Express and worked for Royal Travel & Tours, an American Express Representative while in college. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University


Chris Alewine

Senior Vice President, Strategic Services

Chris Alewine is the Senior Vice President of Marketing Analytics and Strategic Services for V12 Group. Chris has over 18 years experience of demonstrated success in the applications of business intelligence, media planning, customer analytics and response analysis working with clients of all sizes, from Fortune 500s to start-ups. Prior to his position at V12, Chris ran the Target Marketing Division for ADVO (now Valassis), the national largest direct marketer, where he created leading consumer database marketing programs and tools. Chris has been published in Chain Store Age, DM News and Directions magazines. He also founded Bay Marketing, a boutique retail business mapping firm. Chris holds a bachelor's degree of business administration from Lynchburg College.

Ray Estevez

Chief Information Officer

Ray Estevez is the chief information officer of V12 Group. He has over 21 years of experience in technology with both Fortune 500 and emerging technology companies. Most recently, Ray was chief technology officer of Orb, Inc., an interactive marketing firm and vice president of Information Technology at 24/7 Mail, a division of 24/7 Real Media (Nasdaq: TFSM), where he was responsible for overseeing and managing systems development and operations. Prior to that, he was chief technology officer of ConsumerNet, a leading Internet consumer database company that was merged with 24/7 Real Media in 1999. Ray was also a director of technology at Time Warner and a technology associate at JP Morgan. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree from City College of New York.
